What Has Your Faith Demanded of You?

Newman House offers a special panel discussion that explores the faith commitments of three inspiring panelists. Their stories will describe the various vocational experiences of Catholicism. Erin Rausch splits the two worlds of community service and community change with her passion for being outside and student development. Presently, she works at University of the Pacific directing their Center for Community Involvement (CCI) which connects the university with our local Stockton community through youth programs and volunteer efforts.

After a deadly plane crash killed his best friend, Stephen Tholcke began a journey of faith that lead him into working with young people for over 28 years.

A resident of Stockton, Dillon Delvo pursued his passion for filmmaking at San Francisco State University. His film is used in university and high school classes to introduce Filipino culture, and it has been shown in numerous places including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Virginia Beach and Stockton. His involvement in his Filipino American heritage has been shown at St. George Church in South Stockton, where he served as the youth minister for the youth group the last 12 years. Delvo represents Area 1 on the board of trustees for Stockton Unified School District.
